Members, I know there maybe need for people to be taken through some of these processes but the assumption that is there always is that nobody finds their way here merely walking on their two feet. They must have been qualified under Section 22 of the Elections Act. So, they are literate people. The assumption is that you are only given the broad principles and you are left to read for yourselves and understand those others, especially matters to do with discipline or indiscipline."
