However, I want to inform the Assistant Minister who comes from this region that Mbitini is not in my area. Mbitini is actually in Kitui Central Constituency, and yet it has been included in this answer. When will the Assistant Minister include Mathulini Polytechnic which was in the list of the polytechnics to be constructed at a cost of Kshs5 million? I did hand over the letter of request to the Assistant Minister, and yet it does not appear among those where Kshs5 million has been spent on construction. When will she do that?"
