    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, first, I wish to apologise for putting Mbitini in Mutito. Mathulini Youth Polytechnic has not been registered yet with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports but it is in the process of being registered. I can assure the hon. Member that once it is registered, we will make sure that it gets the support that it needs from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. If you want us to develop more youth polytechnics for you, you need to enroll more students in those youth polytechnics, since the Government is paying for each student subsidized fees of Kshs15,000."
