On behalf of Mwingi West Constituency, my family and myself, I send my condolences to the family of the late Senator Otieno Kajwang’ and the people of Homa Bay as a whole. For the short time I have interacted with the late Senator Otieno Kajwang’, I learnt that he was a very jolly man. He is a man who could change a moody crowd to a smiling crowd. May God rest his soul in eternal peace."
