In most cases, the detained persons are not given the chance to look at it. This Bill, if enacted into law, is going to be a departure from the past. Clause 4(e) talks of humanitarian assistance to migrant, refugees, asylum seekers, stateless and undocumented persons. It is going to be a very important Bill in terms of The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
