"content": "whether you are a criminal or a drunkard; you are thrown into a very crowded place. By the time you leave prison, you will have contracted some diseases that you did not have. We are talking of giving prisoners some liberty to say where they want to be confined. Of course, some people would rather go to prison than live out there because life out there is so bad that if you give them a chance, they would go to prison. Some of the youths said that they would rather stay in prison than come out and suffer the way others are suffering."
