    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand here to withdraw my amendments to the Alcoholic Drinks Control (Amendment) Bill. I am withdrawing because I have done a lot of consultations with the experts from this National Assembly and even with National Authority for Campaign against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA). I have even looked at the Bill and I have seen that it has just talked about alcoholism and it has not mentioned anything about hard drug abuse. That is why I think my amendment will not be relevant. I am still doing some consultations and I am going to come up with a comprehensive Bill on abuse of hard drugs. I will also maybe come up with amendments on the available Bills on abuse of hard drugs. I, therefore, withdraw my amendments to the Alcoholic Drinks Control (Amendment) Bill. Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman."
