In the United Kingdom, the Government is obligated by law to utilise the experience of these former Members of Parliament in all state funded institutions, regardless of the politics of the day. Is the same applicable today or if your party is in power, are you assisted? If your party is not in power, you languish in abject poverty. These are the issues that we must address and we must cure them through this legislative mechanism."
