"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill and I want to congratulate the Mover because he is a long time serving Member of Parliament. He would have chosen to say that he is comfortable because he has been re- elected many times. But you can see the intent of this Bill. It is aimed at taking care of Members of Parliament who have served this country in a very distinguished way.
