    "content": "Okay, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support this very important Bill. This is because some of us have been in and out of this House and we know how painful and how difficult it is if you are out of this Parliament. The medical scheme for hon. Members is very important. When we come to this House, we put ourselves in big status. There is a status we are given. When we fall, we must have a good landing ground because one time we shall be former Members. I support this Bill very strongly because we need to form a club of former Members of Parliament that you can call Kijiji ya Wazee where wazee can go and sit, talk and share ideas.
