    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for the opportunity to contribute. This is a timely Bill by my old friend, hon. Keynan. It seeks to give a human face and to sanitise national leadership through its representatives in the National Assembly and by extension, those who are in the other Chambers. What is lacking mostly is the appreciation of the contribution that Members make within and outside Parliament. Currently, I am reading the Kenya Yearbook publication on the Kenyatta Cabinets.
