    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also want to thank hon. Keynan for coming up with this very important Bill. I know it is long overdue. We have seen former Members of Parliament, especially the ones we know--- Unfortunately, one of them passed on last year. He was here. He had served for long but, unfortunately, he did not serve when the society was there. I know he could have gotten some treatment and, probably, he could be there. So, to hon. Keynan, thank you very much. You have come with a very good Bill. I know this will assist us and former Members of Parliament. Thank you."
