    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Whereas I appreciate the concern of Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., the Bill that has been brought to the House today is just one of the 26 Bills that have been noted by this House to have been erroneously presented to the President for assent. In my own opinion and maybe requesting the ruling on the matter, I think we should proceed to the court to defend and protect the Constitution of Kenya by showing our concern and refusal to accept the constitutionality of the other Bills that have been signed unproceduraly by the Head of State."
