While we appreciate that the National Assembly has seen it now proper that the matter be referred to the Senate, I think that the purpose of going to court is for the court to give direction generally on how such matters will be handled for this and other Bills that will come in the future. We were not specifically following this particular Bill. We are looking at the future. So, I propose that we should proceed to the court."
