Wetangula has redeemed an issue which I think needed an appreciation and which I thought Senator for Makueni County had conveniently ignored. It is a response from what you did during that Motion. It is also true that, that Motion has more issues than that one particular Bill. You know that the forum in which we make those kinds of decisions is not the plenary and we have the court matters Committee meeting tomorrow afternoon. So, we will give you an appropriate response at that time. However, the Chair is alive to the mood of the House Next Order!"
