    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion to the Department of Interior and Coordination of National Government, as follows:- THAT, noting that there have been numerous incidents of terrorist attacks across the country in the last three years, including the most recent at Arabiya Town on Saturday, 22nd November, 2014, in Mandera County which have resulted in the loss of hundreds of innocent lives, injuries and massive destruction of property contrary to the principles and objects set out in Articles No.238 and 239 of the Constitution; aware that pursuant to The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
