    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I note that the Order which has just been called in this Supplementary Order Paper, Order No.8, to discuss a Motion on a report that has been laid today, I think this can be termed as an ambush. We should be given the opportunity to look at the report so that we debate it as a Motion. It has been tabled today, 25th November, 2014 and immediately we are told to debate it. To be serious, we should be given time to debate this Motion after we have looked at the report."
