    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. As I support this Motion, the relevance of the facts that have been given to us by the Seconder of the Motion, especially so, hinged on biological needs of the human being cannot be underestimated. We have been having three Members of this Panel. However, as you very well know that one of the three Members is a Member of the Pan African Parliament (PAP). Therefore, practically, in most cases, especially when that Parliament is on, we have only two Members who also have to do their duties in Committees and all that entails that kind of duty. At one time, I remember once or twice, you have had to sit on that Chair for the whole afternoon session. I have had to do that once in a while. It is a pity that no human being appreciates. I strongly support this addition of this new Member, especially so, in the name of Sen. Mositet who has shown earlier when he was appointed by this House on temporary basis that he is able and efficient for this position. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
