"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I support. However, for the purpose of record, I want to say that as of now, we have not seen that report. I have heard that my friend Sen. Mositet is the one we are proposing. I support him fully, but I have not seen anything to give that proposal. Would I be asking for too much that in future when Motions are moved on matters of reports, then such reports should be circulated before they are debated? I do not think it is only me who has not seen this report, Senators have not seen it, yet we are being told that the report talks about Sen. Mositet being a Member of the Panel. We support, but that technicality should be observed in the future so that we pass what we have seen, even if it is very brief. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
