Secondly, there is a Motion that will arise as a result of the adoption of the report. Since this is a fairly straight forward matter, I would not want to entertain more contributions, except maybe one or two, so that we can conclude and move on to the Motion. What we have before is an amendment to the Standing Orders, then, it will be followed by the Motion nominating the person. Most of you seem to be jumping the gun."
