    "content": "This is the order in which we will follow. There will be Orders No.9, 10 and then we will do the Committee of the Whole. Since you have the Order Paper, we will just deal with the proposed amendments as per the Order Paper. So, apprise yourself with the Order Paper, so that we can save time. The technical people are inputting the question for the vote and so, bear with us for a minute. But make sure that you have checked your systems. Confirm that your cards are functioning. Those who have gone back to the analogue may wish to register early enough, so that we can expedite this process. Hon. Members, make sure you have logged in. The rules of the Division are very straight. You remain where you are and also maintain silence. So, we will vote on Order No.9 as per the Order Paper.
