    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the allegations made by the hon. Member are not correct because as I have said, we give funding to projects which are prioritized at the district level. The proposals are normally presented to the District Steering Committee which analyzes and comes up with priorities as per the requests from other districts. They could still do so through District Steering Committees and they will be given consideration."
