    "content": "It also touches on violence against women. You do not need to defend me. You know that I can hold my own. I want to indicate that there is a level of lawlessness in this country that has never been seen before. I want to agree with the hon. Member who has called on the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security to resign. I have no issue against my brother but if it is not an issue of resignation because I know that the role they play is oversight, but we are reaching a level where I was going to recommend that we need to provide for a Select Committee. This is despite that we have one on security. So, if they are not able to oversight, then we need to get a Select Committee. Over and above that and at the national level, there must be a complete overhaul of the security system. This country is becoming almost ungovernable. When you go to places like when we were at the Pan African Parliament (PAP), all the terrible examples on insecurity in the continent were on Kenya. We are embarrassed as a country. We do not want to be the ones that are being given as an example of all the bad things in this continent. Thank you for giving me this opportunity."
