    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to request for a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Land and Natural Resources concerning the incomplete Badasa Dam in Marsabit County which started in 2009. In the Statement, the Chairperson should address the following issues concerning the Badasa Dam:- (1) What is the implementation status of the project? (2) What was the contract sum of the project? How much has been paid to date? Whether there is any outstanding claim by the contractor and if so, how much? (3) What is the cost of the stalling of the project and when will it be completed?"
