    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I think we need to proceed. We, as a House, are already under the microscope with regard to the delays in some of the Bills that have been forwarded to us. With all due respect, if the committees did not take the trouble to look at this Bill for the three or four months, there is no certainty that, in fact, we will make amendments. But whatever it is we will make it in the Committee and during the Third Reading. So, I suggest that we proceed, because everything else really is not something that we should be raising now. We know where we came from and I think we need to proceed. Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir."
