By involving these committees, we will ensure that the intentions of the Bill are achieved and the people on the ground will benefit. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, this is a good Bill. The few areas which have been pointed out by the Senators need to be panel-beaten so that the good intentions can be achieved. We should also ensure that the public is given a chance to ventilate. This is because over 90 per cent of the issues concern counties. With those remarks, I support with amendments."
