    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support this amendment. In the days we live in now there is a possibility of transmission of diseases, especially when we use bare hands. The police could be interrogating and searching many people at any given time. The issue of personal safety is of paramount importance. It should be taken into consideration. The maner in which it is done, as it is envisaged in our Constitution, should be in a humane way instead of being roughed up."
