    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support the amendment because our law enforcers most of the time treat suspects as criminals. That mishandling can be sorted out by this amendment. They are not above the law. I support the amendment that seeks the deletion of subclauses (4) and (5), so that the courts can have the opportunity to try such officers. If they are found culpable, they should face the law, just like any other ordinary mwananchi . Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady.
