    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support this amendment. The current situation is that most of our law enforcers, especially police officers, arrest somebody who is well but if, as a relative, you visit him hours later, you find him in very bad shape. Apparently, the police sometimes use force to punish a person to get information, something that is not allowed under the law. It is wrong. Any officer who abuses a person who is deprived of liberty should be subjected to the due process of the law, and the courts should be the ones to determine the penalty for that aggression. Thank you."
