    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support the deletion of this Clause because the Bill seems to be providing for a lot of comfort to detainees. Some of them are guilty of some major offences. The rest of us who are not detained work hard. Many of our youth work hard. Therefore, it is fair that some of these prisoners be subjected to hard work. This is a good idea. Let us delete the clause seeking to give them comfort. I support."
