    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, with regard to that Clause, I concur with hon. Abdikadir. The clause is very clear. It talks of “a child arrested”. We have to be specific with the wording. If we start reading things in the way the Chair is saying, then we are introducing something that is not in this clause. So, it must be read with the provision in the Constitution in mind, so that a child is not deprived of the rights that are given under the Constitution. We need to re-look into this clause properly."
