    "content": "THAT, clause 26 of the Bill be amended in subclause (4) by deleting the words “an advocate” appearing immediately after the word “between” and substituting therefor the words “a legal counsel”; That expands the persons who can visit those who have been detained. You need not be an advocate. You can be a lawyer working with an organization that deals with persons who have been imprisoned or detained. Thank you."
