"content": "This clause deals with general penalty. That, if you do not comply with what is provided in the Bill or the Act, when it becomes an Act of Parliament, you are guilty of an offence. So, we are seeking to amend this clause to align it with the other clauses on penalties by increasing the fine to be levied upon a person who has been found to be culpable from two hundred to five hundred. The other one is purely a typographical error. It was included in subclause 2. That is all. Thank you."
