    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. As you have seen, today I really did my timing to be able to contribute to this Motion. I am joining the rest of my colleagues who had already noted the Report to Parliament on the state of national security as submitted by His Excellency the President, in April this year. As you know, at the moment we have a lot of challenges in terms of security in this country. I could not wait to get time to contribute to this debate because of what we are going through in this country. A lot has happened this year.
