From the outset, as we are noting the President’s Address, I want to extend condolences to the 149 Kenyans who have lost their lives in the many incidences that have occurred. It is high time we proactively echoed His Excellency the President’s words, in saying that this is a broad- based problem which needs a multiple approach.
