    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in support of what my fellow Senators have said, I just want to suggest to my senior, Sen. Musila that under Article 125 of the Constitution, the Senate has got powers to call the attendance of witnesses, summon for evidence, call for production of documents and issue any commission to any person. Therefore, the fact that there is a gag order against governors does not stop the Senate from calling for evidence from any other person. The Senate should not look as if we have been rendered impotent by virtue of that court order."
