    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, about four weeks ago, immediately after the Kapedo attack, I sought a Statement on the state of insecurity in the Coast region and in particular the curfew in Lamu County. I was promised that the answer would come the following week. However, the following week, the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations indicated that he would personally summon some of these duty bearers in the event that Statement was not availed to him. So, the coming Thursday, Sen. GG Kariuki, made an undertaking that, that Statement will be presented before this House today. So, I seek that response."
