    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the statement made by the Chairman is, indeed, a very a very serious matter. I agree with my colleagues on this. Security is one of the key challenges today that we have in this country. If the Cabinet Secretary and those who are responsible have now advised that they are not willing or able to come to respond to Parliament, which is responsible for oversight in the functions of the Executive, it is important that this House communicates through a resolution or through your office, on this grave matter. The decision by a department of Government and the person heading it that are not willing to respond is, indeed, a very serious matter that will impact negatively and adversely on the performance of the Government and also on the lives of the people of this country. It is important that we communicate this decision through your office to the Head of the State, so that this matter is addressed."
