When we have insecurity in counties, Senators have to come out and speak. This is because if we do not speak out for our people, then we shall be failing in our mandate. Cyber crime is a criminal act. If an SMS which is sent out to a person carries a bad message, it is punishable by law, where a person can be sentenced or fined.
