These are such serious issues that I do not think there is any other issue that should occupy the Head of State of this Republic now other than the issue of security. We must say so and say so loudly; that it has gone out of hand and we are tired of press conferences. We are tired of unconfirmed reports of people who die. The 100 people or whatever number that His Excellency said that they were killed as a retaliation is not equivalent to one Kenyan. It is not a justification for the death of one Kenyan. It is not compensation for the death of one Kenyan and it will never be. I second the Motion."
