    "content": "much as we fight to improve the budget allocation on health, we also need to improve allocation to security so that all that is needed is provided. If the President feels he is unable to help, we have big brothers and sisters like the FBI or even countries like the United States of America (USA). It has not come to that. However, if that is the last resort, we can always ask for assistance and we can be helped. We have done it in other countries; Kenyan security personnel have gone to many countries to restore peace. So, why can Kenya not be helped?"
