You had given him an opportunity to contribute and I was to raise a point of order, because he is misleading this House in terms of the word “deemed”. I do not think the word “deemed” is an adjective. It is a verb but he told us it is an adjective, which is wrong. I wanted him to correct that. It is a verb."
