Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 10 be amended- (a) in subclause (1), by deleting the expression “public service’’ and substituting therefor the expression “service Commission” (b) by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (3)- “(4) A service Commission, a public institution or an authorised officer shall provide adequate and equal opportunities for training and advancement, at all levels of the public service for- (a) men and women; (b) members of all ethnic groups; and (c) persons with disabilities.”"
