Temporary Deputy Chairman, in this Act, no mention has been made regarding the opportunities for training of all public servants, and so we brought in this clause, so that we can have civil servants trained. This training must be provided for in law because if it is provided for in policy, it may not be taken seriously. Therefore, we have done this so that public servants can get good training opportunities within the Public Service."
