    "content": "Thank you hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support the amendment as moved by hon. Kamama because in the Public Service, you realise that there is a lot of laxity in the way people work. One of the reasons why we do not have good service delivery is because there is no training for continuous improvement in the service. I support this amendment because our men and women in the Public Service should be trained. This training can also help them get promotions in the various departments that they work in. If possible, those who are already trained and those who are undergoing training, I wish this law could facilitate them to get promotions.
