The Public Service deals with all the public service commissions. It deals with the Parliamentary Service Commission, the Judicial Service Commission, the Teachers Service Commission and the Public Service Commission. So, we cannot put the title “commission” in this Bill. That is the first one. Secondly, I can see that we are going to dilute the whole Bill. When we give the parameters under Article 10, a public service, a public institution or an authorized officer shall ensure public officers---"
