    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, we did thorough consultations on this. However, I stand guided by the House and the Leaders of the Majority and Minority parties. We can withdraw the county public service boards and county assembly service boards as proposed, so that they can organise their own things at the county level. We can also withdraw paragraph (b) of the proposed amendment to Clause 2 because somebody is saying that, that board can be controlled by the “big five” communities that we know. So, I withdraw the two portions of the amendment."
