    "content": "We have to come up with a formula of taxing the rich to bridge the gap. So long as there are so many poor people in the land of plenty, there will not be security in this country. Let us address it. We may improve our Police Force. We may buy cars and so on but let us bridge the gap between the rich and the poor by trying to apply affirmative action to move people from poverty to levels where they can get their livelihoods."
