Members in this House, who behave in a certain manner. I do not know what he was suggesting. All of us are Members of Parliament and I do not think there is any difference between hon. Kang’ata, hon.Ichung’wah and hon. A.B. Duale. What motive is he trying to impute on the two hon. Members who are representatives of constituencies?"
