    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion. In supporting this Bill, I want to alert the House, especially the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs. Elections and electioneering have become the worst enemies of mankind, particularly in Africa. We need to have men of integrity managing that and we need to have very good laws. We need laws that will stand the test of time; that will not be manipulated just in case it happens like it is happening now in Uganda and all over Africa. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, when you look through what is before us, you will find there is something very important missing in that particular Bill. This is something to do with regulation of opinion polls."
